AND THE SPICY SOY SAUCE is chefs kiss amazing- you'll want to drink the whole thing! This recipe only takes 15 minutes, uses the ever trendy rice paper, makes salmon tasty and not bland, and is simple enough for a weeknight dinner!

Tips for recipe success:
Cut everything to the same size and make sure they will fit comfortably in the rice paper!
Make the sauce ahead of time! Making the sauce first will let all of the flavors meld together and make it taste THAT MUCH BETTER!
Take your time wrapping the rice paper- fold each side into the center like an envelope
Only soak the rice paper about 15 seconds- It will still feel stiff when you take it out but will become super pliable in just a few seconds
