15 Minute Rice Paper Salmon Wraps with a Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce

Rice paper is trending. I decided to take my favorite flavor combs and throw them into a recipe using rice paper! Rice paper can seem intimidating, but once you get the hang of it- it's not difficult at all! This includes simple, whole food ingredients and makes such an incredible snack or full meal! AND THE SPICY SOY SAUCE is chefs kiss amazing- you'll want to drink the whole thing! This recipe only takes 15 minutes, uses the ever trendy rice paper, makes salmon tasty and not bland, and is simple enough for a weeknight dinner!

Ingredient Breakdown

  • Salmon

  • Rice Paper

  • Avocado

  • Cucumber

  • Garlic

  • Soy Sauce

  • Rice Vinegar

  • Sesame Oil

Pantry Staples

  • Neutral Oil

  • Salt

  • Red Pepper Flakes

Tips for recipe success:

  • Cut everything to the same size and make sure they will fit comfortably in the rice paper!

  • Make the sauce ahead of time! Making the sauce first will let all of the flavors meld together and make it taste THAT MUCH BETTER!

  • Take your time wrapping the rice paper- fold each side into the center like an envelope

  • Only soak the rice paper about 15 seconds- It will still feel stiff when you take it out but will become super pliable in just a few seconds
