GUESS WHAT TIME IT IS! Part two of my three part St. Patrick's day posts! If you are reading this and are not of legal drinking age or choose not to drink, please check out my St. Patrick's Day smoothie or wait till next week for my part three!! :) If you are 21+ please read on! I know there won't be many St. Patrick's Day parties this year- however, I still wanted to make a fun little boozy treat to share with you all! These infused strawberries really give you that spring time vibe when you are eating them- the strawberry and peach flavor really stick out. I made these without sprite because the strawberry helps mix all these flavors together, you won't even miss it! If you are not a fan of Irish whiskey, you can omit it. However, you REALLY cannot taste it when you have the strawberry involved.
You only need FOUR ingredients for this! (Plus sprinkles if you want to decorate!)
Jameson
Sweet and Sour Mix (I made mine homemade with lemons, limes, and simple syrup but you can buy a mix)
Peach Schnaps
Strawberries!

Tips for this recipe!
When soaking in the fridge, you will get the best results when you flip the strawberries over half way- so after 3 to 4 hours.
After soaking in the fridge, place on a plate and put in freezer for 30 minutes to an hour if you want to decorate or if you want to harden them a little bit.
These are best when consumed within 24 hours. If you aren't going to serve them after letting them sit for 6-8 hours, keep in the fridge in the liquid until you want to eat them. I left some in my freezer for a week and they just became mushy- so just be warned!
Please enjoy responsibly! :)
