I like to keep things spicy in life. For example: I watched the entireity Squid Game in one day this weekend and I have no shame. Spice. The goal of my weekend was to develop two recipes but I was glued to the couch. That's why I love this recipe so much. IT IS SO QUICK AND EASY, and only took me away from Squid Game for 10 minutes. If you, like me, are always asking for an extra side of spicy mayo with every sushi order, this recipe is for you! Here at Dishes on the DL we love no fuss, quick and easy recipes that take less than 10 minutes.
This recipe is not only quick and easy, but it is keto friendly, low carb, practically guilt free and well balanced. This meal provides a good balance of fiber, protein and fat to leave you feeling full and satiated!

Tips for Recipe Success
This recipe can be SPICY. Use your own discretion. We can tolerate a lot of heat in our household but knowing your limits is key! Taste as you go. Start with a couple of tablespoons of sriracha, taste it, and add more if you can handle it! You can always add more but you can never take it out!
These don't have to be strictly lettuce wraps. You can use tortillas, eat over a salad, or even over rice or noodles! Everyone's preferences are different!
My favorite way to purchase shrimp is frozen! Always peeled and deveined. Peeled because it's a pain to deshell every piece. and deveined because the "vein" is the digestive tract and is not only difficult to remove but is also just gross to think about
Shrimp defrosts quickly- just put it in a bowl of cold water and it should be completely thawed within 10-15 minutes
